Manual Therapy

Involves variety of specialized Techniques.

Specific technique applied to a spinal or peripheral joint in order to restore mobility. Soft tissue techniques utilize graded pressure directed at muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves in order to improve flexibility and normalize function. In combination with other treatments, manual therapy can help relieve your pain and improve the quality of your movement.
